Job 1: Business Analyst (No longer available)

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, with 2 days on-site at their office near Leatherhead. You will own, implement and continuously improve the BA processes, as well as foster a culture of customer service, personal responsibility and innovation to enable the on-going success of the business.

Business Analyst – Key Skills:

At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role
Demonstrable experience of various techniques including use cases, business process models and decision models
Experience of facilitating workshops and working with both Vendor and internal stakeholders
Good understanding and experience of Agile techniques in addition to Waterfall
Exposure to IT project management techniques and the end-to-end SDLC
Support and participation in managed Test programmes including Regression, Integration and UAT
Good knowledge of the MS Office toolkit including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Job 2: Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented AWS Cloud Engineer who will work on a variety of exciting projects with our clients. As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for performing workload reviews against the AWS Well-Architected framework, engaging with customers to scope out remediation activities based on Well-Architected reviews, remediating and enhancing customer AWS Cloud environments, reporting progress to internal and customer stakeholders, and supporting initiatives to identify and implement process efficiencies.

Required Skills:

At least 3+ years of demonstrable AWS cloud engineer and implementation experience
Exposure to and knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected framework
Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure components (IAAS/PAAS)
Solid technical troubleshooting skills
Experience of CloudFormation/Terraform for building AWS infrastructure as code
Knowledge of Scripting
Experience in producing technical and scoping documentation
Excellent documentation skills across technical and operational process areas

Job 3: Software Programmer

We are looking for a meticulous and technically skilled computer programmer to develop and maintain our organization’s & our clients systems software and computing infrastructure. The Computer Programmer’s duties will include managing systems performance, providing tech support, reviewing and updating existing programs, identifying and fixing defects, supporting data architecture, generating reports, developing in-house software, and mitigating potential risk. Your expertise in the craft of programming will assist our organization in increasing efficiency and service through the construction, maintenance, and streamlining of our computing systems and programs.

The ideal candidate for this role must possess superior coding skills, excellent communication, high concentration levels, good task management, and superior problem solving and critical thinking skills. Essentially, the outstanding computer programmer must enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of systems, resolve errors, and design programs that are customized to our organization’s needs.

Job 4: Software Web Designer (Closed)

We are looking for a web designer who will be responsible for creating great websites / E-commerce sites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients’ branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
Testing and improving the design of the website.
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
Working with different content management systems.
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
Designing sample pages including colours and fonts.

Job 5: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are actively seeking Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automated test solutions. SDET must possess a quite good experience in Java as well as modern testing tools (e.g. Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured, etc.), he/she should be able to write and support automated testing solutions for multi-tiered applications. Proper and successful execution of this role will involve fluency in test automation frameworks, attention to detail, understanding of business processes, and unwavering dedication to software quality.

Responsibilities:

Have to use programming knowledge, Java/JavaScript/Python/C# – to craft and develop automated testing solutions
Improvise all the documents and maintain tools and automation frameworks for test engineering
Should help with the required support to the test engineering teams in their automation needs
Have to provide guidance and assistance to Test Automation Engineers in Enterprise Test Engineering.
Collaboration with various stakeholders – Product Management, Application Development, DevOps, and other Technical teams in planning and coordination is a must
Expand the capabilities of the framework to support the completion of automated tests against different testing environments and also develop automated component tests to validate component behaviour.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in Development or Test Automation Framework implementations in Enterprise/Internet commercial software environments with a minimum of 3 years of Development/Programming or test engineering experience & in open-source tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG/JUnit, etc.
Experience as Java Developer/SDET/Test Automation Engineer
Experience in automation of services/API software layers (e.g. UI, services, APIs, etc.) and debugging, and optimizing of applications/ automated test scripts
Ability to programmatically test your own code
Minimum understanding of design patterns, data structures, and layered architecture with knowledge of applying those aspects in test environments
Accurate Knowledge of CI/CD technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
Experienced in conducting automation testing in multiple platforms such as Mobile Web, Android, iOS, and or Backend API (REST API)

Job 6: Senior Software Developer

We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to take charge of either our internal team or a client’s team, depending on the project. In this role, you will drive ETL pipeline development, build user-friendly dashboards, construct effective data models, and mentor junior developers. A successful candidate will demonstrate a proven history of collaborative stakeholder engagement, detailed project planning and execution, and proactive risk management.

This role demands a combination of technical expertise, involving different project development aspects, and managerial skills, including effective leadership, decision-making, and project oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business process owners, and SMEs to ensure smooth coordination, gather detailed requirements, and adopt a shared understanding of project objectives.
Leverage Microsoft Project to meticulously plan and manage project timelines. Create detailed schedules, define milestones, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Effectively track user stories and ticket progress using Jira and proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring the success of Microsoft Stack-based projects.
Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and aligns with organization standards.
Oversee seamless data migration processes, ensuring detailed execution, data integrity, and a smooth transition between systems.
Lead end-to-end ETL workflows, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading using Microsoft SQL Integration Server (SSIS) to enable efficient data integration.

Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in queries and ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data loading.

Leverage Microsoft SQL Server, PL/SQL Server, Oracle, and other environments for effective database management, and ensuring optimal performance.
Utilize Azure services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database, for developing, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications, and optimize cloud solutions on Azure for scalability, reliability, and high performance.
Have competence in Python for data analysis, including proficiency in libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data and ongoing monitoring.
Deploy data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies around data modeling techniques for scalable data warehouse structures.

Required Skills:

7+ years of programming experience in Microsoft Stack
Proficiency in Microsoft BI Tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS) and SQL Server
Hands-on experience with Azure data services
Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts including understanding ETL processes, dimensional modeling, data aggregation, and the use of tools like SQL for effective Business Intelligence (BI) analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, or R.
Versatility with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Domo, and SAP BI) is an added advantage.
